ORDER CHANGES
We know that ordering something online is new and exciting and you want it as soon as possible, so our orders are usually processed immediately. For this reason any order changes might not be possible. If you do wish to make a change, please send us an email immediately to hello@kreatepaperco.com.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, returns will be accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of your order. To be eligible, you must return your unused item in the same condition that it was received and in the original packaging. Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us for an address.
Unfortunately personalized orders and digital items are final sale and non-refundable.
SHIPPING
All items ship USPS First Class mail. While all orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days, once it has left our hands we can no longer control its time in transit and cannot guarantee delivery times. For this reason, we strongly recommend ordering all items in advance to avoid disappointment. If items are time sensitive we advise upgrading to Priority Mail shipping during checkout.

Due to the current circumstances and delays with international shipping, we regrettably are only offering domestic shipping to the United States. Please keep checking back!

Every product is carefully packaged to limit damage while shipping. Items are also pre-inspected before being shipped.
